Did not ship, and stated beginning of following week. Didn't ship. Told going out that day, and did not. Defined when initially contacted I didn't care, but must be presented updates, and all I obtained was lies about when it might ship. They did not reply to 2 e-mails days aside. Asked for refund heading into 4th week without any explanations. Que
